ONGOING PROJECTS IN NORWAY

-         Ålgård shopping centre. In Ålgård community, near Stavanger, Batteriid Architects in collaboration with Link Arkitecture in Stavanger is designing a 30.000 sqm centre, including around 80 apartments for Lothe Bygg Entrepreneurs http://lothebygg.no/node/99.  The 1. Phase of the centre is planned to open fall of 2013 and the rest in  2014.

-         Kannik Park. In Stavanger central area  Batteriid Architects in collaboration with Link Arkitecture in Stavanger is designing a residential building consisting of some 25 apartments for Madlandgruppen AS (http://www.madlandgruppen.no/ ) . (mynd) The construction work is planned to finish this year.

-         Bogafjell. In Sandnes community Batteriid Architects is designing for Kruse Bolig (http://www.krusebolig.no/om_kruse_bolig) two residential blocks of some 48 apartments with a common car garage for Kruse-Smith Eiendom in Stavanger.

-         Eiganes Holberg. In Stavanger Batteriid Architects in collaboration with Link Arkitecture in Stavanger is designing three residential buildings, the first one under construction including 29 apartments and a car garage for Madlandgruppen AS (http://www.madlandgruppen.no/ and http://www.eiganes-holberg.no/hjem/ ) .

-         Media Centre. In Bergen Batteriid, together with Arkitektgruppen Cubus, have delivered a proposal for a 30.000 sqm building in the heart of Bergen, housing facilities for TV 2, NRK, newspapers and university activities. This is a prequalification; two projects will continue and be developed further until finally one is to be chosen. The project which is a feasability study is done for Odfjell Eeindom (http://www.odfjell-eiendom.no/ ) in Bergen.

-         KINDERGARTENS. Together with Studio Strik Architects, Landslag landscaping architects and VSO Consulting, Batteriid Architects have won a qualification for the design of two kindergartens in Trondheim, Norway.
